Building Design Houston. This video takes you through the design process of Houston’s Permitting Building designed by Studio Red Architects.

Adaptive reuse of a 200,000 sf 1920’s rice warehouse into the city of Houston’s Permitting Offices, Green Resource Center and other city operations.
On track for LEED Gold certification, the project features recycled materials, a state of the art energy management system, LED lighting with daylight sensors, raised-floor air conditioning and water harvesting.
